Business, civic and community leaders took to King Arthur Carrousel in Disneyland park on Nov. 15 for the Festival of Children Foundation’s “The Carousel of Possible Dreams,” riding 50 times around in support of their children’s charity of choice. More than $200,000 was raised at the fifth annual event for 12 Orange County children’s charities.
“We are grateful to the Disneyland Resort for hosting Festival of Children Foundation for the last five years as we’ve raised more than $1.6 million for so many great children’s causes,” said Sandy Segerstrom Daniels, founder and executive director, Festival of Children Foundation. “It was a truly magical morning, full of laughter and triumphs as these wonderful charities completed their fundraising campaigns to fund their individual ‘Possible Dreams.'”
